Goodwill actually accepts all types of household items, such as:
- Furniture
- Dishes
- Artwork
- Small Appliances
And remember, when you donate, over 90% of the revenues generated fund Goodwill's mission of putting people to work. And all your donations are tax deductible.
To prevent costly disposable fees, Goodwill is unable to accept:
- Wall-to-Wall Carpeting
- Tires and wheels
- Flammable, toxic materials
- Oil stands and tanks, oxygen tanks, propane tanks and paint
- Live plants or animals
- Fire arms and ammunition
- Paint ball guns
